Xperia Z2 front camera

Hello everybody
I'm facing problem with my Xperia Z2 after updating to lollipop 23.1.A.0.726
My front camera stopped working, when I try to switch to the front camera the screen goes to black
I made restore factory settings, repair by Sony pc companion

Try Clearing the camera data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the camera app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

Where are you saving the pictures? SD card or internal storage

Tried both SD and internal storage
Tried clearing app data but also nothing happened

Does it not work on safe mode either?
