Xperia z3 bottom speaker problem

My phone is Xperia z3 dual, and the bottom speaker is not working.. All the sounds comes out from the top speaker!!
Please help me.

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the speakers

I did it for the loud speaker but the sound come out from the ear speaker!!
