Z3 CRASHED AFTER LAST UPDATE

Hi everyone I got an issue with my Xperia Z3. I have just updated it today to the new software version. After it was already updated nothing was working so I decided to restart the device but it never started again. it arises the Sony and android starting , it tries to run the system but it simply can't and automatically restart the loop in tho sony and android again and again and never reach the stage to really use it. I couldn't shut it down so I tried forcing it with a pencil on the small side button just next to the sim card and I finally turned it off. I tried to turn it on several times but the problem was still there and i had to shut it down in the same way again and again. I tried as well turning it on in a boot mode pressing the power button and the volume one but it never made a difference, it was simply... useless. three or four times it arises a small window with a message as "optimising x applications from 258" and after that the loop just kept going. So, please HELP!!!!

Hey man!

Thanks for giving me that idea. However, it didn't work  

I have followed the steps to repair the device as i shown down on the print screen images

4.This is the last step i can reach. The device was disconected. I turned it off (forced option only way I can). I have waited the 5 secs and consecutively pressed the volume down button and conected. I kept pressing really long time and nothing happened

But the application never proceeds automatically, nothing really happen what should I do?

it actually worked with thw Xperia companion. I had the same issue after my last update today. i downloaded Xperi comp & followed the instructions in the repair software & it did the job..... obviously Sony is changig the interface with the last update.
