Z5 - Accelerometer / auto rotate isn't working.

Hello,

My auto rotate function on my Z5 compact has stopped working.

I have carried out the diagnostics and it fails every time. It has stopped working suddenly as it was fine 24 hours ago. 

I have done a software repair but that has not helped at all. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with your phone. In this case I would recommend that you have your device sent to an authorized service center. Contact your Local support for local warranty and service procedures.
