z5 compact turned off

my z5 compact turned off. I tried to open it up but i cant. when put it to charge red light comes and then blue light comes. I didnt rooted my phone or i didnt something. I tried to fix it with pc companion but i took usb cable when light was green :(( please help me

Are you referring to turning on the phone or literally opening the device?

Remove the SIM and SD cards > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours
