Z5 premium dual can not vibrate

My new z5 premium dual can not vibrate when I touch on screen, type, unclock screen... and also when call/sms come. Every vibrate function such as vibrate while ring, vibrate touch are turn on.
Plz help me! Because of software or because of hardware?

Can you please boot the device in to Safemode and test if any vibration function is working please?

I have checked again with non-stamina mode, it work well. So, I have a question that if we turn on stamina mode, vibration will not work, isn't it?

@Princetoad Yes, stamina disables all vibrations.
