Apps widget

No apps widget on my screen and cannot access them... Please advise

Hi @Wardysworld, I am sorry to hear about this.

It seems like you have selected to hide the App icon on the home screen, you can get it back by following this guide: 

1. Touch and hold an empty area on your home screen until the device vibrates.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap the switch beside Enable swipe up to hide or show the Apps icon.
   
   
   

This should get the App icon in your phone.
