Bluetooth issues Sony premium xz syncing with Charge2

FitBit vil ikke synce mobil Sony xz med Charge2. Bluetooth issues, blir feilmeldt. Ganske irriterende at en helt ny og så dyr mobil ikke fungerer!

Fitbit is not abel to sync with my Charge2 on my Sony premium XZ. Problem: Bluetooth issues. 

Quite annoying that a brand new and that expensive mobile dose not work!

Hi @MaCB, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this.

I have looked on the FitBit website and I do not see the Xperia XZ Premium listed as a compatible device. Do you have any trouble connecting other bluetooth devices to your phone?

The trouble is with the Xperia, I am also having lots of trouble with FitBit Syrge and the Xperia XZ.

I can pair them, then sync, then I have to go deep in bluetooth settings on the phone, reboot and try again - after a few times it works. Then a new days dawns and you have to do it all over again.

Oddly my partner has the same phone, and no issues !
