Caller display/ caller id

I constantly reset the setting to show my number on outgoing calls but a certain time later it resets to hide number. 

Any suggestions please?

@Dric655have you tried contacting your carrier? the feature is carrier-related so something on their end might be interfering with the setting on your phone.
