Variable super slowmotion?

The hardware of the phone can handle 960 f/s, but the recording then is only 0.2 seconds.
I wish it would be possible to lower the framerate to maybe 500 f/s, and instead have a longer movie.
That shouldn´t be impossible?

Yeah it should be possible to do 0.4 s of 480 fps and maybe 240 fps continuous? But i don't believe we will get that..

+1 to that, would be pretty neat.

Certainly should be possible, maybe not as an arbitrary choice but certainly in multiples.
