So i've just deleted a lot of cache of my apps, which i thought was good to gain some space. But now my setting on my homescreen are all changed, app icons gone, different lay-out...
Is there any way to undo my last made changes so i don't have to start all over again?
And no, i don't have a recent back-up so the only option would be to undo my last changes.
Thanks!

If you clear the cached data of the "Xperia Home" app, this will reset all your home screen icons and widgets as a result.
I hope i explained well by the way, not a native english speaker ..
Are you sure it's because you deleted cache ?
You could give the following a shot: go to settings > apps > tap on the three dots on the upper right > reset app preferences
Thanks, unfortunately that's not working
I only deleted cache, besides some videos also to create more space. But no other changes were made by me.
Can you be a little more specific of what are the settings that have changed ?
That's the thing: i didn't change any settings. I only deleted cache from various apps and videos on my phone to create space so i could download a new app.
I don't know why this happened, but i hope there's something i can do to undo it.
If not then i'll re-do and re-order the apps on my screen, but i hope there's an easier way
I meant what changed on your phone , i doubt it's because of cache
Ok, well all app icons and/or their order are gone.
Also just noticed whatsapp was not synchronising contacts (no names only number), but i've found out how to get that right again.
Also i've been putting all app icons back (it was to annoying to keep it this way), so in a way the problem is solved now
Although i still wonder what happened and if there's a way to undo your last action on this phone. Would be nice, when you deleted something you should't have
Anyway, thanks for helping!!!
I hope i never do this again ... 😖
Glad it wasn't that big of a deal , and no problem its fun to try help people out in this forum:smileysilly:
