Oreo for Xperia XZ Premium

Good and happy news to say..

we have received android Oreo today and i just got the OTA update. i will update my phone on tonight.

update number is 47.1.A.3.254. you can check it on xperia firm or xperiacheck.

My xzp oreo it works perfectly, your problems have nothing to do with the update!

What is wrong with this update? It really  up my phone! 

1) I can't view video resolutions more than 1080p on YouTube.

2) majority of my apps does not work, even my voicemail does not work.

3) everytime an update happens on an app I get an annoying com.android.phone has stopped pop ups.

4) the brightness level is lame. I lowered it to the lowest brightness level and it's still bright enough to mess up my eyes.

I didn't expect Sony to go one step up and 5 steps backwards. And I've been owning Sony phones since I first got used a phone. 

Has anybody found a solution? Or do I am I forced to restart the phone so that this oreo version can be reinstalled again properly. This is rediculously frustrating. 

If it doesn't work and by next week there aren't any updates, I'm selling this  and switch to Samsung for good.

Here is how I fixed this error....so far!
Here is what I did and how to find the visual voicemail. 
Go to settings > Apps & Notifications > App info > Phone > select "Force Stop > then select Storage > then Clear Cache > then Clear Data. Then get out of settings and open phone app > top right corner select three dots > settings > calls > Voicemail > there is the Visual Voicemail toggle....turn it off > then reboot. Hold on to your butts!

Well...I couldn't wait for a Play Store update to show itself so I went ahead and downloaded a couple of apps that I had stored in my "Library" and I DID NOT receive the stupid error message. Will it return when I do an update??? Not sure, but for now this is working for me.

My only issues with it so far is that, it's missing the bluetooth battery level which the XZ1C has, as well as the better looking dialer, other than that, it's been pretty stable, and those 2 issues should be easy fixes.

After Oreo update on my XZ Premium the WiFi still lags , firing up slowly when opening webpages etc Even if WiFi is connected all day long. Touch screen respons is very often crap, and writing messages or swiping is a problem, big problem. I have more, but this is the biggest gripes..

..and ambient light sensor being all over the planet, and gps module showing a city 30 km away on batterysaving mode. Never happend before the update of Oreo. Who tested this before push, i am guessing nobody. I want to have a device i can trust, to much to ask maybe. When "pushing updates competition/race" and cruel deadlines is more important than the consumers, the everyday people who actually gives you your big houses and fast cars, lobster and caviar..blehhh

I'm having problem with the top status bar since update 

I pull it down to see my notifications and they dissappear I pull back up and try again but happens time and time again I have to lock my phone to swipe them away!
