Phone don't load

Hello , I would like your help with my phone . It turns out that for 2 days now, it does not react at all to the load (no red led lights on ) . But the problem is that I no longer have a battery, so I can’t turn it on to reset it or use Xperia Companion. The phone was bought last month in an Orange shop. I tested my two loader on my old Xperia , they work perfectly . There is no oxidation inside the phone’s usb port, no dust, and my protective hull has a lock at the load connector to protect it. What can I do, I’m lost. Thank you

I'm sorry about the issue, but it seems that you've done everything, it'll be wise to take it back to Orange 

On a side note, even if the wall charger works with other phones, could you test a different wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > charge the phone for 2-3 > try to turn it on 

Did you exposed the phone to water?
