Power and volume controls

Power button and volume buttons does not work, however they work every blue moon, cannot turn phone off if the battery dies, it took me 3 hours to turn the phone on. I have to press the camera button to unlock my screen if its locked. Any help I believe this is software issues as there temperamental. Any help would be great.

I also have the same problem, it is exactly the same, I need help

Not much help here, but I have the same problem. But it disappears for 1-2 days after a restart. So it must be software related.

Since several have the same problem, Sony may be able to pull in and help with a solution.
