Problem with notification

Hello. Ever since the last update of the phone, I no longer get notifications into the tray. I only get WhatsApp notifications, but Twitter, Facebook, IG and others don't show up when I get them. I used to get them but when I updated the phone it stopped. It also happens with spotify, when I pause the music the notification doesn't stay in the tray but automatically goes away without me swiping it away. Is there a way to fix this?

@LauAyazo that's very weird. one thing you could check is going to Settings > Apps & notifications > Configure notifications > Notifications, then tapping on the All apps header and choosing "Apps: Turned off". that should give you the list of apps that you've switched notifications off for. from then you can tap on an app and turn the notifications back on.

Yes, I did this but it shows that I have all notifications active for all my apps. I don't get email notifications either.

@LauAyazo Spotify came preinstalled on the phone, didn't it? try booting into safe mode and see if the Spotify notification shows up in this mode.

When you start your phone on safe mode spotify doesnt work. Only the apps on the phone. Spotify does work with notifications while playing music but once you pause it, the notification of the app opened just get automatically dismissed and doesn't stay there as it should. Tried the safe mode too and nothing

@LauAyazo ah, I see. I was hoping that Spotify would work in safe mode.

in that case, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Notification access, and check what apps are enabled there. Theoretically, any app with notification access granted could automatically dismiss all notifications before you notice them appear.
