Problems badge count WhatsApp (Oreo)

Hi, I have a Xperia XZ1 and the only thing that I can see in WhatsApp icon is the notification dot, but there is no badge count. I thought WhatsApp was the problem, but Sony says that no one ask for this problem before. Any ideas?
