Sony XZ Premium suddenly died, no response from charging, no LED

My XZ Premium suddenly turned off on me and now it won't turn back on, I tried to charge it , no response and no Led indicator shown, 

It's been off for a week now and still doesn't respond to a few hours of change

I've got new phone anyways but I want to get this fixed so I can recover my data

I'm sorry to hear about that, could you try a different wall charger and/or usb cable? 

connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold the power button for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 hours > try to turn it on

btw, did you exposed the phone to water, did you dropped the phone?

My phone wasn't dropped or exposed to water, 

I think my phone has burnt from inside, I openso the SIM card tray and it smells of burning 🙁

 I've sent to Sony to have it fixed

OMG! I have the same issue too. I really love sony and i just got my XZP and it just went like off then and it smells burning inside. Sigh i guess i need to stop believing in sony... gotta switch to Samsung.

Too bad i really love the quality of theirs but because of this i will never ever going to buy sony products again.

i just got he same problem ,phone suddenly over heated wasnt even plugged in electricity and wouldnt respond anyomre, smells burnt inside too. did you have your phone fixed or any updates on it?

If it smells "burnt" you should STOP using the phone ASAP
