When updated to Oreo (47.1.A.5.51),  my album app didn't render the original 4K HDR pictures (.png format) completely.

And you can also try to test the four png files in your Pictures folder of internal storage.

I experience the same issue. It seems to be an Album app bug. Another app from GPlay renders these images fine.
