Still waiting on Update

I'm still on android version 6.0.1. When i clik on software update they keep saying me that the device is up to date.
I've tried with xperia companion and nothing. Apparently its an authentication issue. It says:

Authentication failed.Softwere update or repair of prototype devices is only allowed from specific IP adresses

The Xperia Companion software gave you a message that this phone is a prototype, and those kind of units are not for sale or for common users and will not receive regular software updates. So my advice is to get in touch with the seller.
