@BeerChew I assume you're on Android Oreo. pull down the notification panel twice (so that you see the quick toggles in 3x3 layout), then tap the pencil icon next to the settings icon. if you scroll down, you should see a list of additional toggles, including the LTE one. you can touch and hold it, and then drag it upwards to the list of active toggles.
