Xperia XZ buzzing sound in a call for other person

When I have a phone call, the other person in the call hears a loud buzzing noise which starts and stops randomly. I cannot hear the noise but anyone that I talk to can. It only happens on a phone call (not internet calls over Facebook Messenger etc.)

Can you test your phone in safe mode and see if it has the same issue?

I have the same issue here.

I tried the safe mode but no improvement.

Tried some trouble shooting, the problem happens 3 to 10 mins after starting the call (sounds like a frying pot). It occurs only through sim1 or sim 2 phone calls (not WhatsApp/Viber) only through the main mic (not through wired or BT headset)

Turning BT/Wi-Fi/3g didn't fix the issue.

The problem seems pretty widespread over different recent Xperia phones, and we have no suggestion from Sony?
