XZ pattern lock

Hello,

I have very big problem. And I guess that not only me has the same... I have changed the pattern lock into new one, but either didn't remember the last steps of pattern, either made anything else wrong, because the pattern I have tried to enter later to unlock the screen - was wrong. I have connected to myxperia.sonymobile.com, then pushed Lock, entered 6-digit code and pushed Lock again. It was announced that phone is Locked and that's it. But nothing has changed on the phone - it still wanted me to draw the pattern. Then I have tried the same thing with Google Find My Device - entered code, Lock, but again nothing has changed - didn't appeared any option for entering the code. Why? What have I done wrong? If option myXperia wasn't activated on the phone - was I able to connect to the phone by the myxperia.sonymobile.com page? Then (now I see that it was my the worst mistake) - I have restarted the phone. I have thought that maybe after restart I will see the option to enter my new 6-digit code, but it has asked me to enter the pattern at the very beginning and it started to count the times I have entered the patterns. I remember the 5 of the 7 steps of my pattern, I have tried the other combinations for the ending of the pattern, but unsuccessful. It has left to me only 10 times for successful entering the right pattern. When the phone wasn't restarted, it didn't count the times of wrong patterns, so I had more chances to find the right pattern or to unlock the phone somehow. But now - it counts. I still have the hope to find the right pattern, but I have the bad feeling that all this will end to the factory reset... I haven't made any backup anywhere. So in the case of factory reset I will lose everything - photos, contacts, SMS? Some data are valuable to me. Of course, it's my fault that I didn't make any backup. But maybe is there any solution to fix it? Any suggestions will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I can't get into Recovery mode, because Power+Volume Up doesn't work (it vibrates once, once again and then three times. And that's all).

I can only get into Safe mode.

Flashtools says that USB debugging is off.

ADB: adb reboot recovery - "error: device '(null)' not found.

So, chances for success are almost equal to zero?..
