Can not communicate with Sony Update Engine Error 10

This is the message that I get when trying to update my Z1 Compact to 4.4.4, using PCC

I turned off the firewall and the antivirus protection program, tried with restart, but nothing. It just cant download the update. Any suggestions?

Reinstall PCC and make sure Java is up to date.

I reinstall it at least 3 times and Java is latest too

In this case,you can either wait for a couple of days as it might be a server error or stop by a sony service and let them update for you.

Even if your version Java is the latest, it would be worth reinstalling the latest update as this is the most common cause of this error.

Just removed and then installed Java and its the same
