Can't acces Gmail

For month is it a problem to open mail from gmail there is only an empty screen when i click on a mail, when i back forward and click again the mail opens. The phone is restarted, updated and gmail reinstalled. Someone who knows what happend?

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you reset your Gmail app, to do so go to: Settings > Apps > Gmail > Storage > Clear data > Ok. It is then recommended that you restart your device before you open the Gmail app.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

It is impossible to open the storage everything is grey accept the word storage ( butik) i can not set the the device in safe mode because it is impossible to open the link, maybe i have to call the swedish support, something is it who caused this, an update or a relative new app. I also recent got messages the whole time there is something wrong with NFC??? And I cant get it away
