Headphones not working

Ferst of all i have sony xperia z5 premium dual. I was listening to music when suddenly it just stopped working!  Than will you please tell me what exactly i can to improve this problem!  I am from georgia and there is not official service center

I had the same experience as yout with my own xperia z5 premium but there's an app for this problem. On Magazin play you will find SoundAbout and from there you can select Media Audio from let the app decide to wired headphones or bluethoot ones. When u stop using headphones remember to switch to let the app decide just so you make sure you are notified about phonecalls and messages.
