how to change dialog "what to use?"

For example - I tap "sms", android ask me: "what to use? Sms or whatapp. This dialog also have: "only this time" and "always".

So the question is: if I already chosen "always" - how can I change this?

Go to settings > apps > all > go to the app you selected as "always" > clear defaults. Then the phone will ask you what you use the next time your press for example "messaging".
