Mic problem returned after update 6.0.1

I had problem with mic - people couldn't hear me, because my voice was very quiet. Then I switched off mic noise suppression and everything was fine. Until update to 6.0.1. Now I have the same problem. And I can't switch off mic noise suppression, because this option is simply missed.

Any ideas how to fix this now? Or I should downgrade to previous android version?

UPD: may,19. Sony market topic as solved. But it isn't really solved at the moment. They will roll out an update in "upcoming weeks". And because we still have the same problem, I unmarked topic as solved. As soon as we will have the noise suppression option back and this will really help us - then I will return the solved mark.

UPD 2: In. 575 version the noise suppression function is back. People can hear me again. Thanks, Sony

I do dis and now it seems to work fine ;
So I went into Settings > Apps > Select 3 dots and chose "Show system" then CLEARED DATA for the following apps:

1) Audio Settings
2) Phone
3) Phone Call Management.

.575 fixed the mic problem for my Z3C.

However, I discovered that I cannot make calls over the speaker phone. Lots of distortion and noise. I've had this problem since Kitkat, but it still has not been corrected.

Still waiting for the update. This is taking far too long!

Did the 23.5.A.0.575 and while it brought back the ability to turn off noise surpression it didn't fix the under water sound which still occured at times. All disabling this option does is increase volume and the other person can hear surrounding areas. Also, when using the loudspeaker (which in turn uses the second mic) the other person couldn't understand anything I said. Both mic tests results were clear.

So I went into Settings > Apps > Select 3 dots and chose "Show system" then CLEARED DATA for the following apps:

1) Audio Settings

2) Phone

3) Phone Call Management

This fixed my issue AND it fixed my brother's Xperia Z2 that was still on 23.5.A.0.570. I'm sure just doing the first one was more than enough.

Thought I would share this in case people are going pulling their hair trying to fix this...

Unfortunately the Audio settings app is not listed in there on my Z3 compact (Sony Concept Marshmallow Rom) - there doesn't appear to be anything similar either. I see Phone and Phone call management and have the system apps visible.

Yes, I updated to 575 - still no good.

I did not try the call setting reset mentioned because I factory reset the phone the day before I updated to 575.  I assume that is just as good but correct me if I am wrong.  The phone is no longer regualary used because it is UNUSABLE so it was freshly reset when updated.

The only other thing I could try is a full OS reinstall but I don't know how to do that on these phones - I am a Nexus guy.
