Mic problem returned after update 6.0.1

I had problem with mic - people couldn't hear me, because my voice was very quiet. Then I switched off mic noise suppression and everything was fine. Until update to 6.0.1. Now I have the same problem. And I can't switch off mic noise suppression, because this option is simply missed.

Any ideas how to fix this now? Or I should downgrade to previous android version?

UPD: may,19. Sony market topic as solved. But it isn't really solved at the moment. They will roll out an update in "upcoming weeks". And because we still have the same problem, I unmarked topic as solved. As soon as we will have the noise suppression option back and this will really help us - then I will return the solved mark.

UPD 2: In. 575 version the noise suppression function is back. People can hear me again. Thanks, Sony

Go factory reset after update. not before. May that help.

Sadly, it has not solved the problem for me. Even the fix from .527 does not work  

I am sure it is not a Hardware problem, because if I use the speaker, they can hear me well. I will do a factory reset, and see if it does help.

Really, I don't understand how Sony cannot do a proper QA with its version.

After more than a month of unusable phone ,575 is now available also in Switzerland. The SONY phone is a phone again.

Noise suppression switch is still not enabled, but it is now OFF.

SONY's problem:

It is understandable and it can happen, that there arise technical problems in such a complex system. But:

1. Phone capability is a basic function of a phone, isn't it? What's about final software tests?
2. If problems arise, short reaction time, reaction and communication style of the manufacturer is crucial and tells us a lot about the company's culture. SONY has shown a terrible behaviour here and has disappointed many, many customers .

However, let's give SONY a last chance...

Still no update in Canada. almost 3 weeks now I can barley use the phone (headphone jack already barley works, wore out quickly).  I can't believe a huge company like Sony pushed this release out without testing it properly on the Z3 Compact, I will never buy a Sony product again.  Worse then my useless expensive phone is that I used to be a phone fleet manager, and I sourced a large number of Z3 Compacts for our operations personel who work in remote locations, they probably all hate me now for getting them this phone that doesn't work.

Get the fix out Sony, its outrageous the whole world doesn't have the update yet and this happened in the first place.

Still no update on my Sony Z2 in germany (O2). Switched to Samsung S7 a week ago, because i got annoyed of the wait.

I am not able to sell the Z2, since nobody wants to buy it (cause of the missing, main feature, being able to phone)

I can't care less if sony hits the wall with its mobile phone section ...

Same here in Belgium. Got myself a cheap Samsung a3, now I can make phone calls.

Today In website: xperiafirmware.com I have found a solution. You can choose all the versions of software and the guide simple. I have installed the last version 575 even it is not available in my country yet. I think my phone is working good now and people can hear me well. Thanks to xperiafirmware.com. Unfortunately Sony support is not correct.

Yes Sony the Netherlands is waiting for the update! We want to make phonecalls please. I use this phone for my job as consultant and I can't make phone calls for three weeks now. I don't understand it, you have a solution (an update) why don't roll it out?!
