My z5 screen alwys off when calling i cant control to end the call or make any thing

It might be the problem, you should start troubleshooting by removing it and cleaning the sensor area with a soft cloth (no water or detergents!).

Are you sure there's nothing that is blocking the proximity sensor? Like a miscut screen protector, case, or even debris or fingerprints?

Ther is a hole in the protctor but its a bit small than the sensor
