I tried to update my Smart Watch 2 today with PC Companion. Something got wrong and I got an error message that it couldn't download the software. Now is the watch stone dead! I try to connect again and it says that I have the latest software. I get the message that if I want to re-install the software, just press "next". When I do that do I get the same message that it can't download latest software and "please try later"
Is it someone more than me that faces the same problem?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your SW2.
SmartWatch 2 can not be updated using PC Companion and you should not be able to select it when you update an accessory in PC Companion. Did you perhaps select the SmartWatch 1 (MN2)?
Try holding the on/off button for 10 seconds and also try charging the watch and see if it works. If not i recommend that you contact a service location or your local support team for assistance.
