Hi @skyman53,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your mobile data connection Slightly_frowning_Face If you have already downloaded the internet and mms settings on your device and are still having issues with mobile data I would suggest contacting your network provider and asking them for the APN settings required for mobile data.

Once they have taken you through entering these on your device, restart your phone and try the mobile data again.

Let me know how it goes Slightly_smiling_Face

Thank you, it worked.

The same problem has reappeared. I had indeed entered the APN data of the provider and saved them. It worked, but now the data has been cleared by itself. It can not be that you have to enter this data continuously.

I had the APN settings, required for mobile data, received from my provider and also entered as specified. If I then restart the Z5, the software for the mobile Internet / MMs is deleted and the hook in the status bar disappeared. The APN data are also gone. I then have to reinstall the software for the mobile Internet / MMs via WLAN connection and the APN data each time.

Hi @skyman53,

That is very strange, do you have an antivirus of some sort running on your phone by any chance?
