LOW in call volume problem !!!

Hallo to users Xperia Z3 +,

after upgrade Nougat .33 (before too), the in call volume is too low... Who answer doesn't understand what i say and i must screew when i talk. Now i want to know about Sony if this problem can still resolve. I need to know for decide if hold the smartphone...

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your handset

You say the call volume was low prior to you updating the phone as well is that right? Have you tested the phone in safe mode?

This will start your phone without third party apps installed which can sometimes cause issues with your handset.

I have exactly such problems and this is very annoying. SONY - how to solve this problem with the volume of the speakers when an incoming call ?????
