Hi,
I have no idea why my phone won't connect to WIFI.
The problem happened overnight and I didn't dropped my phone or whatever. The home WIFI is definitely working because I am currently using it, my phone could connect to it before and other phones in the house can also connect to it.
I have tried everything to fix the problem. I have changed the advance WiFi settings - doens't work. The WiFi won't turn on and shows a status like this - FOREVER.
I bought the phone in HK in January but now I am in UK and have no access to a Sony shop. Does anyone has any clue how can I solve this?

Just to clarify I've tried all the tests listed in this thread, nothing seems to work 😞
Thanks

I have Z3 Tablet Compact and the same problem. No WI-FI nor BT. Sony service offer paid repair ca. 275$ - replace main PCB. Tablet is 2 year and 6 months. SHAME Sony SHAME! You know where is the problem, you created it! No Sony phone or tablet anymore - keep out!

Hi everybody,
interesting how many people wrote 'never ever' in this forum
First: the cover glass is broken without falling down or so (in my poket!). Sony sais nope - no guarantee.
It is waterproof - which means the repait is EXPENSIVE.
Second: Audio connector (don't know the word) is broken while I heard music - while I walked around - NOT while the sony is falling down. Never had this before with ... 10 or more devices. Okay - used bluetooth.
AND NOW: WiFi hardware is broken. This hardware part... All other devices stay connected to this WiFi....
I can't understand this.
After searching a little bit in the internet...
I can just say - It's a Sony.
After 'working' so many years with Sony (Walkman, Vaio Notebooks, Sony Ericsson Handy, ...) I have now sony many problems with Sony mobiles... Never ever again Sony.
Samsung check
Or other
Each would be better...
ByeBye
