Lip sync issues BraviaXR50X95J / Sky Q

Had a regular issue on playback using the correct/recommended HDMI 3. Solved by switching to HDMI 1. 
Today I see a new Bravia notification telling me I am using the wrong input and I should switch to HDMI 3.

I have not switched back to 3. Am I missing something?

@Jaysinc4, try changing the HDMI signal to enhanced and connect to HDMI 3 and see what happens.
