I can't enter the password on my modem on the TV it changes to upper case
all by itself so I have given up for now. Malcolm42
You probably have the Caps button double-pressed on the on-screen keyboard.

It’s probably time to Factory Reset the TV then.
Another option is to change the password on your modem so it’s all upper case, and see if the TV will then connect, though it will probably just have another excuse at this point.
If so, put the password back to what it was, so all your other WiFi devices start working again.

Is there any chance you can post a picture of the password entry screen? Also have you tried entering the password using a connected App like Android TV. You will have to connect using Ethernet first.

If you see Malcolm's other thread here I think he has sorted it out but has another
issue.
I got a message from @LightFoot but I now can't find it so my question is does he want a picture of the sign on password or does he want a picture of the error message because I don't know how to find it if he does it won't be tonight, tomorrow is when I can do it. Regards Malcolm Smalley

that you had solved the problem and then mentioned another issue?
