Hello Pete - Welcome to the Sony Forums

I have just tried to open the link which is located on the official support page here:

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/HDR-GW55VE

I am getting the same error with the i-Manual not being available and so I am in the process of alerting customer support about this to try and get the website error fixed. If there are any updates about this I will let you know on this thread.

many thanks for your reply.

Strange as any other language seems to download OK.

It will be interesting to see if Sony resolve the problem after your contact.

Whilst you are waiting for Sony to fix the link I have located an I-manual for a Similar model on the USA support site - USA i-Manua which hopefully should be useful..
