Good morning i would like to ask why the sound of my m2 when i play games does not function properly the sound is too soft you can hardly hear it. I adjust all the necessary settings in full volume just to test if i can hear the sound but its still the same. I install the same game to my other device and it plays with normal sound. Pls advise. Thank you.

It could be a compatibility issue with game. But have you taken a look at the user guide?

Yes it happens the same on other games. Walkman is ok i have no problem.

Try reinstalling the games and enable Xloud.
