CK15i internet apps problem

I updated my ck15i with SEUS. I tried to get to the internet through my wifi  but all I get is the blank blue background.  Nothing opens.  I have tried to use the youtube, facebook, even twitter app all I get is the blank screen :

I tried reinstall update, but not working. please help me.

OK, if your phone has the Allow local connection setting (under Internet settings), then make sure this is switched on. Otherwise, I suggest you re-run the update service on your phone and failing that, try a master reset. Hope this helps.

in internet settings isn't Allow local connection setting. there are homepage and connection point. i tried a master reset but still doing it.
