Flash Mode

I want to upgrade to 4.0.4. through SEUS, but I can not enter in flash mode, press the Volume Down button and connect, and the computer freezes.

Please tell me what could be the problem.

try SUS if it doesn't work restart your PC -> press F8 -> safe mode

No computer, but I seem to understand what the problem is, when you connect your computer freezes and does not install the drivers.

A connection to the driver can not be established.

turn off yoru firewall and antivirus, reinstall SUS -> restart your PC then turn off both antivirus and the firewall

the issue in this case is your computer, lets try this

don't run anything on your PC -> connect your phone on flashmode, turn off your phone -> remove the battery -> put it back on -> do NOT turn it on -> press and hold the back/volume key (it varies per xperia) -> while still holding connect the usb cable -> keep holding

the LED should turn Green and your phone should look for the drivers

Did everything as you said, green, the PC found new hardware, and hovered.

I think it's because of my own windose can not install the driver (I have XP). Prior to this on windows 7 using the flash mode is successfully updated from 58 to 62.
