How to do screenshot X-Ray?

Hi, every one I have an X-Ray with Android 4.0.4, Build 4.1.B.0.431 and can not seem to be able to do a screenshot as you are suppose to. I press down the on/off switch and the volume control, at the same time and nothing happens. I have tried to press one and then the other respectively and nothing happens, can you help, thanks.

Hi, try it again ....

Press and hold both On/Off button and Volume Down button together till the screenshot is captured.

I found how to do it but the TRICK IS : press both mentioned keys for about three seconds until it takes the screenshot.

PRESS THEM FOR ABOUT 3 SECS.

P.S. I was just pressing the keys for 1 second only, hence it wasn´t taking the screenshot.
