Android upgrade to 4 and now when I add new songs, recording them in the folder of music, connecting the phone with the cable not add or appear in any playlist. What I can do?

use Astor file manager or google music and see if you can access them/play them

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> music -> clear cache
