Software to BACKUP data in PC

Please inform of a good software that i can use to BACKUP my

• Contacts
• SMS

before reparing my ICS 4.0.4 RAY

Then you'd have to reinstall the app after Repairing the phone and RESTORE DATA, right?

I have backup my data using this app also, into the SD, It can backup app data and stuff also!!!

MyBackup app and MyPhoneExplorer .... double protection!

Correction: My Phone Explorer can actually read sms from the SIM card: MPE--Messages--Saved items.
