I want to know secret pass to service menu from remote controle

I have a big problem..........sorry 4 my english

My display have in right side a column a different colour.I understande , this problem make be resolve with rgb control, but i d,nt have this control in menu.

With remote controle i wish to set my settings at factory setings.

How?
