KDL-40WE663 Amazon Prime

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Amazon Prime App?

 

I have my TV on the latest firmware, the TV is wired into a new router which sits beside it. The amazon prime app occasionally works but more often than not just hangs and fails to run content. If it does start it regularly buffers or stops.

 

I'd expect someone to say its a speed/bandwidth issue but I have already upgraded and Amazon Prime works on other devices PS3/PS4/Tablets/PC/Phones simultaneously throughout the house.

 

Other apps such as YouTube also seem to work without incident. Any one experience something similar or have ideas?

I've not heard of any similar issues with Amazon.

 

I would suggest a reset on your TV which may rectify this problem.  More details on how to perform a reset can be found here.

 

If you're still experiencing this problem, it might be best to contact Amazon directly for further help here.
