Hi,
my Kdl-46ex402 some times 2/3 times a day in 10/12 hours during digital tv plaing stops working showing blocked screen with colored vertical rows; the only way to restart is reboot tv clicking some buttons (two three times) on tele-controller.
External signal and wiring are verified and are ok. Seems an hardware fault like an internal memory fault similar to a computer fault. I tried two tv Kdl-46ex402 with the same result. Model problem?
No problems if the source is not digital tv , as usb, scart, hdmi ecc.
It seems only a digital decoder fault.
Can any one help me?
