Sony Bravia KDL-50W829B - unable to download/upload apps

Hello,

I am having Sony Bravia TV KDL-50W829B and wonder how I can upload VLC Media Player or Gom Player on it? 

The TV system does not have Google Play in the list of Apps to be able to download from there?

Any idea if the TV I have runs on Android or other OS?

Hi @VBDimitrov, welcome to the Community.

Your TV isn't Android, which would explain why you can't find Google Play on there.

You would need to get hold of an Android stick or box, which should let you get the features you're looking for.
