I'm trying to register my T series laptop i've just brought from PC world, the model number is SVT1312C4E but the site is saying this basically doesnt exist? it only has SVT1312C5E but that isn't what i have!

We will flag your problem up to Sony - presumably it needs someone to add the model to the Registration list!!
i could find it in the support section and everywhere else on the database, just not on the registration list which i need to use! thank you!

I seem to be having the same problem, presumably the model 'SVE1512C5E' doesn't exist.

I have the same problem with sve1712c5e. I've been waiting for a response from sony email support for ages. 😞
