Hi everyone,

I own a Vaio FZ21M which i bought in March. I wanted to restore the system to factory settings last month, so I started the recovery procedure through the back-up DVDs. However, one of the back-up discs did not work due to which I lost my original operating system which came with my laptop. I had to get a normal version of vista home premium configured then. I wanted to know if its possible to somehow get a copy of the vaio-configured vista, which has the backup and recovery center and other softwares. I have a one year warranty with my notebook too, but I'm not sure whether the warranty covers this issue. Please help me out if any of u has any idea abt this.
