Xperia sola, ICS 6.1.1.B.1.54 (the latest version). It worked slow but without any problems till now.
Today I rebooted my phone with power+volume and after this many different applications began to crash. android.process.acore, play market, all brousers, email and so on do not work.
I can go to the settings. I can not remove any application. I also can not do backup of my contacts, even with PC Companion.
Someone called me, but I did not hear anything and did not remember his number. It might be very important call for me, so I need to keep information from the phone before extreme situation when I restore it to factory settings.
Please anyone hep me! And sorry for my English

Thank you, but it did not help me.
I have not synced contacts with Google. Now I checked all items in Backup and restore but it did not work.
I have another application ("2memory") by my operator which can sync contacts. It works correctly but when I start sync from phone to my profile, the process android.process.acore falls down.
When I restart my phone all changes in settings revert to the state when problems began. Yesterday I have deleted 2memory, it also deleted from my google account. But now it's on the phone again and works - like phoenics.
I can't get acsess to the phone's file system by computer. All files are in normal state, I can open each of them in file commander. Bluetooth works bad. I don't know what to do.
If the phone still don't work properly after software reinstall via SUS I suggest that you contact your local support team to have it checked at repair.
