Boot up problem

I updated my phone to 4.3 last evening and i was using my phone and suddenly it stopped responding and after that it's started booting and it's rebooting again and again.

Reinstall latest firmware using sony update service.

I can't connect my phone to pc comanion cause it's not starting.and tht's why i can't reinstall my firmware.

Yes,phone memory will be cleared,unfortunately.

well than good thing is tht i have my images and apps backed up on my laptop.
